With private game drives, expert local guides, and hand-picked luxury accommodations, this safari offers a compact but immersive journey through Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes and ecosystems.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Drive Time: ~2.5 hours
Main Activities: Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

Tarangire is known for: Towering baobab trees, a symbol of ancient Africa, largest concentration of elephants in northern Tanzania, seasonal wetlands and the Tarangire River, a vital water source that attracts huge numbers of animals during the dry season

Spend the day exploring the park’s rugged landscapes on a game drive. You’ll likely see large herds of elephants, as well as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and potentially leopards. Bird lovers will enjoy spotting vibrant species like lilac-breasted rollers, yellow-collared lovebirds, and ostriches.
