Wondering how to book your safari? Here’s how it works

  1. Send Us an Inquiry

    After browsing our safari guide and trip samples, you’ll likely have an idea of the experience you’re looking for. Whether it’s one of our ready-made itineraries or a fully tailor-made adventure, simply reach out with your preferred travel dates, group size, and any special interests or requests.

  2. Personalized Consultation

    Our safari experts will get in touch with you for a consultation—via email, phone call, or direct messaging, whichever suits you best. We’ll walk through different variations, offer recommendations, and fine-tune the plan until we arrive at your ideal itinerary.

  3. Availability Check & Reservations

    Once your safari plan is finalized, we’ll check availability—either for your desired group tour dates or lodge/camp accommodations. If your first choices are unavailable, we’ll propose alternative options. Once you approve, we’ll place provisional reservations on your behalf.

  4. Deposit & Payment

    We’ll send you a formal invoice along with payment instructions. A deposit is required to confirm your booking:

    • 10% for all camping safaris

    • 30% for all lodging safaris

    • Higher deposits may apply for tailor-made or luxury safaris.

  5. Booking Confirmation

    Once your deposit is received, we will send you a booking confirmation along with all relevant safari details. From there, your adventure is officially set—and we’ll be with you every step of the way until your journey begins.
